MEET CASSIDY
A native to New Mexico and an outdoors enthusiast, Cassidy is a licensed and insured small-business owner and real estate Qualifying Broker of CasaBella Realty & Investment. She has been involved in real estate since 2005. After many years with Corrales Realty and RE/MAX, Cassidy decided to open her own brokerage, CasaBella Realty & Investment in 2017. She has a strong desire to create closer client focused relationships and deliver high quality, concierge type service. Cassidy is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
Cassidy is a very congenial person and loves helping her clients attain their dreams. She knows that communication is key in her business and strives to keep her clients informed throughout the entire process. With her top-notch technological knowledge, she markets and promotes her listings around the world. Not to mention communicating with her clients in an accurate, timely manner, that makes doing deals a cinch!
As a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Cassidy is highly trained in the full spectrum of tools, techniques and advantages to advocate and provide effective results for her clients. Whether buying or selling, she will work tirelessly to promote her client's best interests.
She is also very knowledgeable and experienced in investing, listing and marketing homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property's potential. As a real estate investor herself, she knows the ins-and-outs of smart purchasing and how to get the most of an investment.
Cassidy abides by the National Association of REALTOR's® strict Code of Ethics. She continuously strives to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate. She is a knowledgeable professional who connotes competency, fairness and high integrity. She also holds the National Association of REALTOR's® GREEN Designation. Cassidy is trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of certain building features and practices.
Aside from running a small business, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, riding horses and spending time in the Rio Grande Bosque. She is active in the community and volunteers for various charities, such as the Children's Miracle Network and Habitat for Humanity.
